A UBL credit note should not include the CreditNoteTypeCode listID
The credit note type code carries a listID.
Remove listID from cbc:CreditNoteTypeCode — the code list is fixed by the standard.

Nothing is stored, and the whole invoice is checked, not just this rule. A PDF only works if it is Factur-X / ZUGFeRD — a PDF with the invoice XML inside it.
