A UBL invoice should not include a Price Allowance Multiplier Factor
A price-level allowance carries a multiplier factor, which EN 16931 is present, but EN 16931 does not map it to anything, so the receiver has no defined way to interpret it.
Remove MultiplierFactorNumeric from Price/AllowanceCharge. State the discount as an amount: BT-148 gross price minus BT-147 discount equals BT-146 net price.
