If Invoicing period (BG-14) is used, the Invoicing period start date (BT-73) or the Invoicing period end date (BT-74) shall be filled, or both.

Why it fails

An Invoicing period group (BG-14) is present but neither the start date (BT-73) nor the end date (BT-74) is filled.

How to fix it

Supply at least one of the two dates, or remove the BG-14 group entirely. An empty period group is worse than none.
