Document level charge reason code (BT-105) and Document level charge reason (BT-104) shall indicate the same type of charge.

Why it fails

The document level charge carries both a reason text (BT-104) and a reason code (BT-105) that describe different things.

How to fix it

Align the free text with the UNTDID 7161 charge code, or keep just one of the two.
