BT-78 — Deliver to post code

Every EN 16931, Peppol and XRechnung rule that constrains BT-78. If one of them fails, the others are usually worth a look — a wrong value in one field tends to break several checks at once.

BR-DE-11	fatal	Das Element "Deliver to post code" (BT-78) muss übermittelt werden, wenn die Gruppe "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) übermittelt wird.
DE-R-011	fatal	The element "Deliver to post code" (BT-78) shall be provided if the group "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) is delivered.
