Every EN 16931, Peppol and XRechnung rule that constrains BT-37. If one of them fails, the others are usually worth a look — a wrong value in one field tends to break several checks at once.

BR-DE-3	fatal	Das Element "Seller city" (BT-37) muss übermittelt werden.
DE-R-003	fatal	The element "Seller city" (BT-37) shall be provided.
IT-R-003	fatal	BT-37 (Seller city) - Italian suppliers MUST provide the postal address city - I fornitori italiani devono indicare la città di residenza.
