BT-35 (Seller address line 1) - Italian suppliers MUST provide the postal address line 1 - I fornitori italiani devono indicare l'indirizzo postale.

Why it fails

The Italian seller's street address (BT-35) is missing.

How to fix it

Add cbc:StreetName to the supplier's PostalAddress. Italy requires the full registered address, not just the country.
