Greek suppliers that send an invoice through the PEPPOL network must use a correct TIN number as an electronic address according to PEPPOL Electronic Address Identifier scheme (schemeID 9933).

Why it fails

The Greek supplier's Peppol electronic address is not a TIN under scheme 9933.

How to fix it

Set the seller's cbc:EndpointID to the nine-digit Greek TIN with schemeID="9933". Peppol routes Greek participants on this identifier.
