The conformance level declared in XMP must match the guideline declared in the invoice XML.
The Factur-X profile declared in the PDF's XMP metadata does not match the guideline declared inside the invoice XML.
Make the two agree. The profile decides which fields are mandatory, so when the wrapper and the payload disagree the outcome depends on which one the receiver trusts — and in France that decides whether the invoice is complete.
Nothing is stored, and the whole invoice is checked, not just this rule. A PDF only works if it is Factur-X / ZUGFeRD — a PDF with the invoice XML inside it.
