Each Item attribute (BG-32) shall contain an Item attribute name (BT-160) and an Item attribute value (BT-161).

Why it fails

An item attribute group (BG-32) is missing either its name (BT-160) or its value (BT-161).

How to fix it

Item attributes are name/value pairs - both halves are required. UBL: Item/cac:AdditionalItemProperty with cbc:Name and cbc:Value. Remove the group if you have only one half.

CII — context $Item_attributes

(ram:Description) and (ram:Value)

UBL — context $Item_attributes

exists(cbc:Name) and exists(cbc:Value)
