Why it fails

An invoice line has no item name (BT-153).

How to fix it

Add BT-153 (UBL InvoiceLine/cac:Item/cbc:Name, CII SpecifiedTradeProduct/ram:Name). A short name is required; longer prose belongs in the item description BT-154.
