What you have to send

Format: e-SLOG, EN 16931 (UBL/CII) or another agreed EN-compliant format
Transmission: Exchange via providers; B2G already runs through UJP

B2G e-invoicing in e-SLOG has been mandatory since 2015 through UJP. The B2B extension arrives in 2028, which makes 2026-2027 the window in which Slovenian accounting software has to be made EN 16931 capable.
