Sweden went to mandatory B2G in April 2019 for all public procurement, and settled on Peppol rather than a national format — which makes it one of the simpler markets to build for: a compliant Peppol BIS invoice is a compliant Swedish invoice. B2B remains voluntary and is under discussion without an adopted date, so treat any specific B2B deadline you see quoted for Sweden with suspicion until it is law.
